Expectations.

I have been getting some questions on my son’s shoe situation. He’s been doing great. It seemed changing them while he sleeps is the key. He still wakes up stomping his feet. We think it’s his way getting used to them. But after a while he simply accepts the change, along with the change that school started, and he’s back to his schedule of waking up early and getting on the bus.

Accepting change is not common for kids like my son.

And yet he did just that, he accepted change.

And these are the moments that we wait for. We hoped for the best, prepared for the worst, and he surpassed our expectations. šŸ’™
